A Breath Journey is a guided experience that helps you:

  • Clear energetic and emotional blockages
  • Regulate the nervous system

  • Access deep states of presence and inner awareness
  • Support trauma healing in a safe, grounded way
  • $50 for each additional person after 5

Each session lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours and includes gentle guidance, music, and integration practices.
